Joyce “Elaine” Jessen, nee Gellin, age 70, beloved wife of Hans W. Jessen, of Marco Island, FL, formerly of Chicago and Northbrook, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 in Rochester, MN. She was born April 27, 1932 to Raymond and Geraldine Gellin, nee Youngberg in Chicago, IL. She married Hans W. Jessen on December 2, 1950 at Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Luke, Chicago, IL. Loving mother of Linda, Robin and Toni (Joe) Zegers; adored grandmother of Kelly (Tom) Ellsworth, Billy, Andrea, Nicole, Matt, Josh and Caitlin; loving great-grandmother of Mackenzee.
