Barbara Tremmel, age 53, daughter to Bertha Utters and Matthew; beloved wife of 37 years to Peter Tremmel; loving and caring mother to Barbara (Peter) Greco, Nina (Johnny) Mueller and Peter (Tilly) Tremmel; devoted grandmother of seven to Jillian, Jena, Dominic, Johnny, Daniel, Peter and Jackie. Barbara was a nurturing and giving person. Being very active in the community she gave 30 years of her life volunteering at Augustus H. Burley School located on Barry Street in Chicago. She strived to put smiles on peoples faces. She passed June 20, 2002. Visitation at the Ridgemoor Chapels, 6453 W. Irving Park, 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
