Gilbert O. Cabel, M.D., suddenly passed away last Sunday on June 23, 2002. He did his medical practice in Otorhinolaryngology and Bronchoesophagology at the Orland Park, Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park offices and was with Oak Forest Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. His beloved sisters and brothers: Sister Gervasia O. Cabel, CFIC, Dolores O. Cabel, and the late Dr. Remedios Cabel-Soto, Engr. Faustino O. Cabel, Orlando O. Cabel, the late Angelico O. Cabel and the late Col. Gervacio O. Cabel Jr.; Uncles, Aunties, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews request the reader to say a prayer for the repose of his soul. He lies in state at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn. Visitation will be on Thursday and Friday, of June 27 and 28, 2002 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The funeral will be at 10 a.m., on Saturday, June 29, 2002 from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, to St. Bernadette Church, for Mass of the Resurrection, at 11 a.m., at 9343 S.
