Wizard World Chicago 2002, a “pop culture and comic book expo,” will be at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont Friday through July 7.

Expected guests include comic-book industry legend Stan Lee (Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Incredible Hulk), Top Cow Productions’ Marc Silvestri (“Cyberforce,” “Witchblade,” “The Darkness”), special effects artist Stan Winston (“Alien,” “Terminator,” “Jurassic Park”), actors Luke Perry (“Beverly Hills: 90210,” “Jeremiah”) and Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor in “Smallville”), plus the “Men Behind the Masks”–the actors who portrayed Boba Fett, Chewbacca and Darth Vader in the “Star Wars” series.

The convention center is at 5555 N. River Rd. in Rosemont. Tickets are $20 per day, $40 for a three-day pass, children under 10 are free.
