Enough is enough!
It’s time to get rid of Frank Thomas–Herman Munster is more athletic and flexible. Thomas does not come through in the clutch for the White Sox and most of his production numbers come when the game is already over. For a player who is paid to hit, his lack of productivity is a shame.
I say trade him to the Oakland A’s for Barry Zito or Mark Mulder and a prospect. Then bring up Joe Crede, play him at third base and move Jose Valentin (and his lack of defense) to designated hitter. Or put Aaron Rowland in left field, move Carlos Lee to designated hitter and bench Valentin.
