William A. Hazlett, 92, a former top life insurance agent, noted church musician and Evanston resident since 1948, died in his home at the Swedish Retirement Association on June 19, beloved husband for 55 years of the late Marjorie, nee Milligan; loving father of Tom (Jan); and grandfather of Margi, Jeff and Ellie. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 6 at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Evanston, 1427 Chicago Avenue, Evanston.
