This is regarding “Merits of enhancing our security measures” (Commentary, June 18). Right on! I am a U.S. citizen enjoying the protection of our Constitution and of our legal system. A non-citizen visiting the U.S. has no such rights–and that is the difference. That is why people all over the world line up at our consulates to apply for a visa to the U.S. It is a privilege. Spread the word.
