So His Samminess thinks the Cubs have a better chance at a pennant if they are able to play more night games at home. This is pretty laughable, considering the fact that their night game record is a losing one. This just proves to me that night games aren’t as imperative to winning as, oh, say, a team with a better batting average than .239 and a bullpen that doesn’t blow game-winning leads in the ninth inning.
