Sandra L. Scheuing-Kennedy, 59, of Cullom, IL, and formerly of Chicago, wife of Thomas J. Kennedy; mother of Steven (Sherry) Scheuing and Wendy (Howard) Offerman, both of Kankakee; grandmother of Brandon Green, Amanda Brooks, Jenna and Hanna Offerman; sister Thomas (Bobbie) Zeman, Burbank, died Tuesday, August 13, 2002. Cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be held later at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL. Sandra was preceded in death by her first husband, Frederick C.
