Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Chevrolet dealers are offering a free Ron Santo “bobblehead” doll to those who visit a participating dealer and test drive a new Chevy. Consumers must log onto localchevydealers.com to print out a voucher to take to the dealership at the time of the test drive. The program runs through Sept. 12.
