Complaining about Commonwealth Edison service, letter writer Marna Baricuatro asks if anyone has had the “pleasure” of trying to get to sleep at 10 o’clock at night while the temperature outside hovers around 90 degrees, without air conditioning (Voice of the people, Aug. 17).
