The average citizen sees lawsuits as a hope for justice and the lawyer sees them as business–find big pockets and sue. I suppose we’ll soon see scales at fast-food counters so people over 300 pounds can be classified as “over-served.” And on the bags: “Government warning: Eat responsibly. Consuming more than necessary is dangerous to your health.”
