Frank Freyre, 54, Korean War Veteran, Special Agent and EEO investigator for the U.S. Department of Treasury, retired following 27 years of distinguished service with the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division. The proud son of Iris Freyre-Quiles. Frank will be deeply missed by his daughters, Samantha, Elizabeth and Meredith; their moth- er, Virginia Freyre; and by his partner-in-life, Robert Hultz.
