Dariusz Michalczewski (47-0) stopped Richard Hall (25-4) with 1 minute 48 seconds left in the 10th round and retained his WBO light-heavyweight title in Braunschweig, Germany.
His face bloodied and his left eye closed by swelling, Michalczewski (47-0) caught the Jamaican challenger with three straight lefts to the head and followed with two hard rights. Hall (25-4) didn’t go down but his hands dropped and the referee stopped the fight.
