Debra Kelly-Ennis has been named president and chief operating officer of Saab Cars USA. Kelly-Ennis had been general manager of Oldsmobile, the General Motors division that will be phased out in 2004. She succeeds Dan Chasins, who was appointed product planning director of Saab, which GM owns.
