Lawrence A. “Larry” Baker, age 56, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Inverness, IL, passed away Sept. 18 due to complications from pneumonia, beloved husband of Denise, nee DeJohn-Bishop; devoted father of Danielle (Joe) McCready of Palatine; loving father of the late Trent (1998); caring stepfather of Steve and Mark Bishop of Chicago; dear brother of Ron (Sherri) Baker; fond uncle of Brittany of Miami, FL; former spouse of Carol Baker of Palatine; and special friend to many. Mr. Baker was founder of L.A. Baker & Co., Inverness, IL. He was a Lifetime Sponsor of Ducks Unlimited. A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, Sept. 25, 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish, 2515 W.
