“Floating Home,” an exhibition of 120 color photos of offshore communities, will be on display from Oct. 17 through Jan. 5 at the ArchiCenter, 224 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago. Photos in the exhibit, sponsored by the Chicago Architecture Foundation, will range from a houseboat at Chicago’s River City to a stilt homes in Hong Kong. The exhibit will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. For reservations, call 312-922-3432, ext. 909.
