Sol Goldin, 93, former longtime resident of Benton Harbor, MI passed away Thursday, November 28, 2002, at his home in Buffalo Grove. Mr. Goldin’s distinguished career in the home appliance industry spanned six decades. His service included tenure with major department stores, Director of Retail Marketing with Whirlpool Corp, and the founding of his own consulting company. He is survived by daughter, Barbara (James) MacDonald; sons, Richard (Felicia), Kenneth and Steven; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A private family burial is planned in Benton Harbor, MI. Memorials may be sent to Bryant College, Box 40, 1150 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917.
