OK, please do all of Chicago a favor and alert the lazy citizens out there that shoveling 1 inch of snow does not in any way, shape or form justify putting their useless junk on the street and marking spaces as their personal, private parking spots.

It’s one thing to hold a spot for a week or so after an unusually heavy snowfall and several hours of backbreaking labor, but this can go so far beyond common sense it boggles the mind. The streets are public, period.
