The most precious gift I have ever received was landing my double axle. I am a competitive figure skater and had worked every day for six months to finally land this difficult jump. Many people will tell you that learning a double axle is sometimes harder than some of the basic triples, and for all of my hard work to finally pay off, and for me to finally land it, was an amazing feeling!
