Beloved husband of Martha Murphy, nee Tuttle, whom he married in 1957; dear father of Jonathan (Sarah) Murphy, Susan “Beth” (Richard) DuBois, Christopher (Christine) Murphy and Jennifer (Keith) Johns; cherished grandfather of Daniel and Kristin Murphy, Richard Jr., and Ryder DuBois, Keith and Kyle Murphy, Jacqueline, Katelyn and Julia Johns.
