Joe Tulley scored 21 points, all in the second half, to help rally DePaul past Loyola of Chicago 95-74 Thursday night.
It was the Blue Demon’s eighth straight victory over the Ramblers.
Tulley’s 3-point shot with 9:22 remaining gave DePaul (8-2) a 70-58 lead that the Blue Demon’s did not relinquish. Sam Hoskin scored 15 points and Delonte Holland added 13.
Paul McMillan scored 16 points and Terrance Whiters added 14 to keep Loyola (5-9) close, but the Ramblers went cold from beyond the 3-point arc in the second half, missing all 13 attempts.
The first half featured eight ties and nine lead changes, with Loyola taking a 43-40 lead into the locker room.
