I would love to see the Cubs play in a new state-of-the-art stadium, perhaps more family-oriented.
Maybe it would bring families back to the games, instead of the beer-drinking yuppies who attend games now.
The city could still have Wrigley Field designated a historical landmark; it could be used for Little League games.
Or maybe rent it to the White Sox.
