Viola M. Fischer, nee Kanis, of Bartlett, beloved wife of the late Charles O.; loving mother of Charles (Marilyn) and Allen (Darlene); proud grandmother of James and great-grandmother of Janelle; dear sister of the late William and Rose; fond aunt of many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fischer was a member of the Farm Bureau Ladies Auxiliary for 50 years and resided at Sherman West Court in Elgin for the past two years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, crafts and partying. Visitation Monday, 4 to 9 p.m., at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett.
