U.S. Air Force Veteran of WWII, member of the U.S. Selective Service, founder and president of Cardinal Wine and Spirits, past president of K.I.N.S. of West Rogers Park, past president of K.I.N.S. Men’s Club, past board member of Condominiums of Northbrook Court, current member of Temple Jeremiah in Northfield. Beloved husband of Roselle, nee Lieder; loving father of Bruce (Joady Kaplan) and Bennett (Nancy); devoted grandfather of Alisa, David, Ashley, Kevin and the late Matthew; cherished brother of Marian Friedman and the late David and Sonya Garfield; survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services Monday 12 Noon at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
