Marion Rohrer, nee Isbell, a 40 year resident of Elmhurst, Marion was born October 18, 1939 in Des Arc, Arkansas, and passed away on January 8, 2003 after a long illness. She moved to the Chicagoland area with her family in the 1950’s. Marion is the beloved wife of Erwin; loving mother of Connie (Mark) Del Monaco, and Eric Rohrer; dear daughter of the late Robert Isbell and Mary Isbell-Rogers and Oris Rogers; devoted grandmother of Nicholas and Alexander; fond sister of Bob (Claudia) Isbell, Ernest (Edna) Isbell, Lucy Toal, and Margaret Hernandez. Marion will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, and especially all the cherished friends who knew her to have an amazing strength and passion for life. She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd., (3 Blks S. of Roosevelt Rd.), Lombard. Funeral services Monday 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
