Ann G. Mitchell, nee Smith, age 69, passed away January 12, 2003, late of Plainfield, formerly of Oak Lawn. She is survived by her loving husband Richard Mitchell; devoted mother of James (Mary) Mitchell and Terrence Mitchell; grandmother of Tara, Lucas and Bridget; she is preceded in death by her parents William and Della Smith; daughter, Kathryn Mitchell; also a sister, Barbara Bowdenweiser. She was a past President of the TOPS of Oak Lawn and past President of the Association of Self-Hypnotist’s. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr., in Romeoville. Funeral Thursday, January 16, 2003, 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Andrew Catholic Church, for a 10 a.m. Mass. Interment to follow Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.
