The death penalty is wrong. Granting clemency is the right thing to do. Eliminating the death penalty by law will be the next big step. There is another side to this event–the victims. Will we hear apologies from the criminals? Will we hear that they are making amends for their horrific deeds? Will they become good people by extending kindness to fellow prisoners, visitors and guards?
