Ruthann Gallagher, nee Baker, 80, passed away peacefully from respiratory failure, beloved wife of the late James Gallagher; loving mother of Steven (Anne), Michael (Margaret), Martin (Kathleen) Gallagher, Janet (Patrick) Fenton and Maryann (Gene) Griffin; affectionately known as “MiMi” to 11 grandchildren.
