I’m flattered that President Bush chose Chicago as the site to unveil a stimulus package that I can only believe was concocted by Democratic sleeper agents lurking within the Republican Party. I cannot imagine giving the Democratic candidate a more effective bat with which to pummel the 2004 Republican presidential ticket. Has Karl Rove considered “Give plutocracy a chance” as a possible campaign slogan?
