William M. Cook, 42, of Pell Lake, died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003 at his home. He was born April 14, 1960 in Van Wert, OH, the son of William and Bonnie, nee Hall, Davis Sr. He had been a truck driver for many years. He is survived by his wife, Deanna Jowers; five children, Candy (Dale) Waters of Ray City, GA, Bonnie (Paul) Corbitt of Lakeland, GA, Crystal Cook of Pell Lake, WI, Samantha Carr of Pell Lake, WI and Tanya (Scott) Collins of Wise, VA; two stepchildren, James and David Jowers of Pell Lake, WI; seven grandchildren; his father, William Davis Sr.; his mother and stepfather, Bonnie and Charles Moyer; his adoptive father, Faye Cook; seven sisters, Sandy Cook, June Cook, Doris Cook, Dawn Ernest, Kimberly Cashmore, Kala Matei and Tina Davis; and two brothers, Bill Davis and Kevin Moyer. Services were held on Saturday, Jan. 18 at the Waukegan First Church of the Nazarene in Waukegan, IL, Rev. Jerry W. Harris officiated. Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home, in Lake Geneva assisted the Cook family with arrangements.
