Agnes C. Kazmark, nee Chmura, 102, passed away Dec. 24, 2002 at Hillside Healthcare in Yorkville, IL. Born in Chicago to Peter and Josephine, nee Staniec, Chmura on Jan. 21, 1900. She was predeceased in death by her loving husband Leo Kazmark; and son Frank; brothers Frank (Gertrude) Baczek, Stanley (Stasia) Baczek, Edward (Hattie) Chmura, Stephen (Leona) Chummers and sisters Norette Krupa and Eleanor (Steve) Marolewski. She is survived by a granddaughter Sandra Kazmark; great-granddaughter Amber Kazmark; daughter-in-law Marcia Kazmark; a sister-in-law Veronica Chummers; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at St. Michael Church, 83rd and So. Shore Drive, Chicago, IL, on Jan. 25, 2003, at 11 a.m.
