He was the Deputy Chief of the Cook County Sheriff’s Department for 25 years, Commander of Levy, Warrant and Eviction Unit, Commander of Canine Unit for Court Services which was his pride and joy. Received his Bachelor’s Degree at Loyola University, studied at Cambridge University, England and received his law degree from John Marshall Law School.
