Those of you who argue with lunch buds over the best way to get ketchup out of the bottle, short of smashing it against the wall in frustration, chill. Then, do not pound or threaten or grip, grunt and twist.
Instead, insert a straw or knife with a long, thin blade into the bottle and rotate it a time or two. Remove the straw or blade, then invert the bottle.
