Ellen Janet Bergquist, nee Hoffman, born October 13, 1916, passed away January 18, 2003. She was the beloved mother of Thomas O’Donnell (Lisa) Hoffman and Susie T. (Stan) Rubenstein; loving grandmother of four and dear great-grandmother of two. Graveside service Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose.
