Crowds celebrating the Oakland Raiders’ AFC championship set a bonfire, threw bottles and rocks and smashed windows along several blocks a few miles from the Coliseum.

Police made about 20 arrests after the street violence broke out along International Boulevard following the Raiders’ 41-24 victory over Tennessee in the AFC championship game Sunday night.

An auto repair shop was burned, and investigators were looking into that fire Monday. Windows were broken on some buses, Alameda County sheriff’s officials said.

– New York Giants rookie Jeremy Shockey was fined $10,000 for throwing a cup of ice into the stands and making an obscene gesture during a first-round playoff loss at San Francisco. The NFL said it docked the All-Pro tight end $5,000 for each act.

Shockey, who also made the Pro Bowl, threw the cup over his shoulder in the first quarter while being heckled by fans after he complained about the officiating. The cup hit two children seated in the first row behind the Giants’ bench. They were not injured.

– New Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio has hired former 49ers and Broncos assistant Bill Musgrave as offensive coordinator and Ravens linebacker coach Mike Smith as defensive coordinator, a source told the Associated Press.
