Mary Malicki, age 90, of Antioch, IL (formerly of East Chicago, Indiana) passed away Monday January 20. She is survived by one son Mike (Kathleen) Malicki of Antioch, IL; three grandchildren Jason, Dory and Eric; two great-grandchildren Liam and Avery; four sisters Bernice Hemm, Antoinette Ihasc, Josephine Danko, Stella Halijczk; preceded in death by husband John; sisters Sis. Rose Therese and Jean; and one brother John. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24 at 9:30 a.m. from Prusiecki Funeral Home, 3831 Main St., East Chicago, IN 219-397-0288 with a 10 a.m. mass at St. John Cantius Church with Father Joseph Niezgoda officiating. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service will be recited at the funeral home at 3:30 p.m. Mrs. Malicki was a past member of the St. John Cantius Womens Club.
