An unknown person hacked into the Bucs’ official team Web site Saturday and changed a headline to say “Bucs Suck!! Go Raiders!”
II) Can you hear me now?
ABC miked Oakland’s Jerry Rice and Tampa Bay’s John Lynch for the game. But Rice took his mike off at halftime so the TV audience was unable to hear his reminiscing of the time his 49ers actually led a Super Bowl.
III) Quite an education
During his Super Bowl introduction, Simeon Rice (Illinois, ’96) said he was from the School of Hard Knocks, from which the Bears graduated this year with a Masters.
IV) Can we see some ID please?
San Diego police spent $2 million for security and it was so tight the Raiders offense didn’t make it in the stadium.
V) Disguising coverage
The Wilson Football Factory in Ohio made 72 game balls and sent them via courier to San Diego.
Half were intercepted by the Bucs secondary.
