Shortly after Sept. 11, 2001, all I heard on TV was how we were going to capture Osama bin Laden and round up all of Al Qaeda (and other terrorists). Some of the people I watched on TV were President Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell and Tommy Franks.
Has this been accomplished? Why all this build-up of troops to invade Iraq?
