William B. Riggs, 61, died unexpectedly January 29, beloved husband of 38 years to Gail, nee Kieffer; loving and supportive father of Laura and Julie (Mike) Siegenthaler; proud “Pops” of Emily Riggs Siegenthaler. Former president of Kieffer/Noldee, Inc. BA in Business from Miami of Ohio. Avid outdoorsman, boater, skier and hiker. Bill will be remembered as a loving, fun and caring man. Memorial service Saturday, Feb. 1, 2pm at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 916 E. Central Rd., Arlington Hts.
