A ban on flights that advertise products over stadiums moved closer to law Thursday when it was passed in the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislation, which would ban the flights an hour before and after a game, goes to the Senate on Friday. Flights and blimps for broadcast coverage of sporting events would continue to be allowed.
