Robyn Tisch, age 75, a longtime resident of Wheaton, died February 6, 2003. She was born in Michigan, July 6, 1927. She graduated from National College of Education (National Lewis University) with a Bachelor of Education Degree. She taught as special education aide in District 200 for 20 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton. Over the years, she was active in many civic organizations including The Wheaton Community Association. For several years, she was a volunteer of Marklund Children’s Home. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Warren; four children, Douglas (Pat) of Batavia, David (Pam) of Cobleskill, New York, Dean (Becky) of Ocoee, Florida, Janice of Chicago; nine grandchildren and her many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton, 715 Carlton, on Saturday, Febuary 22nd at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Marklund Children’s Home, 164 S. Prairie, Bloomingdale, IL and CNS Hospice, 690 E. North Ave., Carol Stream, IL 60188.
