The Student Senate at Highland Park High School has launched its annual Charity Drive 2003 to raise funds for the Rory David Deutsch Foundation.
Charity events include a faculty food fest, cookie sale, pancake breakfast, silent auction and bazaar, buffalo wing eat-a-thon, pizza sales and snow scraping. The fundraiser continues through March 12.
Last year, the students raised $76,000 for the Cancer Wellness Center in Highland Park; in 2001, they raised $94,000 for the Brittle Bone Foundation.
