It’s ridiculous for the City of Chicago to say it wasn’t aware a nightclub was conducting business because inspectors go there only in the daytime (Editorial, Feb. 20). After more than a decade in the restaurant and tavern business, I would say the only way you wouldn’t know was if you wore a blindfold and nose plugs.
