Developer James McNaughton Builders has resubmitted plans for 15 town homes at the southeast corner of President Street and Geneva Road in Wheaton, even as city officials consider changing how they want that neighborhood redeveloped.
The City Council will hold a public hearing Monday to consider plans to annex the 3.2-acre property, demolish three homes and build the town home development.
