Chicago police said Friday that two handguns they seized from the office of the E2 nightclub are unregistered weapons.
Police took the guns, both .22-caliber weapons, during a search of the club, at 2347 S. Michigan Ave., on the morning that 21 patrons died in a stampede down the front stairway. Police were processing the guns for fingerprints, said police spokesman Patrick Camden.
