In your April 1 editorial about Mayor Richard Daley’s destruction of the runways at Meigs field, you write:
“The issue is Daley’s increasingly authoritarian style that brooks no disagreements, legal challenges, negotiations, compromise or any of that messy give-and-take normally associated with democratic government.”
I agree.
And seeing as how President Bush has employed the same style, in spades, may I assume that you will not be endorsing him again in 2004?
