Terror attacks around the world fell sharply in 2002 as did the number of anti-U.S. attacks, the State Department reported Wednesday. The U.S. again branded seven countries as sponsors of terrorism: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria and Sudan.
