Desperate to overcome the Republican strength on security, Democratic presidential candidates have attacked President Bush on homeland security. I believe this is political rhetoric at its worst. Bush has done much to protect the American people and our homeland. I know I feel safer knowing that Bush is in the White House during this critical time. He is a strong, compassionate leader, and this country is fortunate to have a man of his courage and integrity leading us through this very difficult time in our nation’s history.
