Celebrity is a fleeting and bizarre concept. Forbes’ 2003 celebrity 100 list, which ranks the world’s richest, most powerful and most idolized, is further proof.
Jennifer Aniston topped the annual list this year, and is followed by rap’s two-headed monster, Eminem and Dr. Dre. Last year’s queen, Britney Spears, didn’t even make the list in ’03.
Forbes separates who’s hot from who’s not by counting earnings in the last year, Internet popularity, press clippings and other media measurements.
